The house has a comfortable living area and adjacent kitchen that has all you need to prepare food. There is a gas grill on the deck, and Adirondack chairs plus a Fire Pit that over look the lake. On the Main Floor is an entry way, half bath, Master Bedroom ( bedroom 1 ), with ensuite Bathroom. The living room is also on the first floor with a lake front sun room, and kitchen. Upstairs is Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed with a Lake Vie, Bedroom 3 also contains a Queen Bed with Lake view. Bedroom 4 includes a Twin Trundle Bed. On the second floor is a Full Bathroom.
The Vermont lake House is comfortable, warm, and is just delightful. Visitors drop their jaw when they walk in and see the views in person. It is such a relaxing place to stay. Newport city with grocery stores, and amenities is close by. You can get all your supplies within a 5 minute drive. The House is 1 hour 45 minutes from Burlington Airport. 1 Hour 50 minutes from Montreal and 1 Hour 10 minutes from Stowe, Vermont. The second floor bathroom is dated, yet clean. The house has a loved yard, and steps down to the water front.
