Driving distance to UC Irvine. Single family residence located in Monarch Beach, Dana Point, CA. 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach. 5 minute drive to world famous beaches, restaurants, golf, and tennis. Close to Ritz Carlton, Montage Laguna Beach, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, and Laguna Beach Surf and Sand resort.
