Newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock!

Beautiful newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock River. Only a couple miles to the sweet town of Urbanna. Featuring three bedrooms with an additional bunk bed space for the kids, and 2 full baths. Perfect for your next getaway with stunning views of the water, new dock, firepit, outdoor shower, kayaks, and more. Bring your water toys, and golf cart!
The cottage boasts a king size bed in the master, a queen, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Bunk beds are located in their own separate space, and have a barn door if privacy is needed.
Guest access:
There is no guest access to the garage.
Other things to note:
The closed in back porch only has A/C, this area can be cold if renting during the winter. Guests are not allowed to use the boat lift.

Lovely retreat

This is a special spot with gorgeous views and very nice furnishings and layout. It was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend and very quiet but near to town, restaurants and shopping. We especially loved all the cozy beds/bedding and nice towels- my favorite space was the back sunroom looking out onto the river. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. It’s clean and newly renovated. We came down to see our son who goes to prep school near the area for parents weekend. The owner was very quick to reply to a couple questions we had. Definitely going to book this property again when we go down to see him Again

Nicely renovated house with great views and waterfront amenities

The house was nicely renovated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen and baths were well-appointed. The overall stay was hotel-like with the privacy of a home. My family used the bikes to ride on the quiet street. There are also multiple kayaks. Our host, Sarah, was responsive and accommodating. Great trip!!
