Newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock!

Beautiful newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock River. Only a couple miles to the sweet town of Urbanna. Featuring three bedrooms with an additional bunk bed space for the kids, and 2 full baths. Perfect for your next getaway with stunning views of the water, new dock, firepit, outdoor shower, kayaks, and more. Bring your water toys, and golf cart!
The cottage boasts a king size bed in the master, a queen, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Bunk beds are located in their own separate space, and have a barn door if privacy is needed.
Guest access:
There is no guest access to the garage.
Other things to note:
The closed in back porch only has A/C, this area can be cold if renting during the winter. Guests are not allowed to use the boat lift.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a septic system. ONLY TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS. We are not a party house. Quiet time starts at 9pm, enjoy the stars, but no loud music.
Only park in the driveway, no cars in the grass or on the street at any time. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Dock use and swimming are at your own risk. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OR OPERATE BOAT LIFT. Do not leave anything on the dock overnight because of wind.
