We came down to watch Desert Storm. The condo was great! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had, and I had a bunch since this was our 1st VRBO experience! The room was in the perfect location. Close to everything. It was very well appointed with anything we would need while on vacation! We will definitely stay here when we come back!!

The property was clean and well appointed. It did open to the exterior which we were surprised. We thought it opened from the hallway. It’s in a neat part of town walk ability was amazing to so many things restaurants entertainment you name it.

The area we love, and the Queens Bay Resort is the BEST. Our condo was very lovely decorated, but we found the bathroom faucets are in need of some love and updating as we were afraid to full the faucet out by the handle for fear of it coming off the wall in both bathrooms Other then that, I would frequest this condo again!

Outstanding condo and location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfectly clean, comfortable and well appointed. Elaine was very helpful and responsive answering any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

This condo is in a great and quiet location. very near everything and the owners are wonderful! They keep in contact if and when the renters have questions. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again if possible.

Great time in Havasu

We loved the condo as it has absolutely everything we’d need for a relaxing weekend. Only critique would be the mattresses were hard as a rock and my gf and daughter couldn’t sleep on them.

We love staying at Queens Bay condos when we come to Lake Havasu. This is a great unit and Elaine is very communicative with renters. The master bed is an extremely firm bed. Plenty of room for our family of 4!

we have put in a soft padded mattress protector, and will put in more padding. WE HOPE THAT IF THIS IS TOO MUCH PADDING, THE RENTER WILL TAKE OFF ONE LAYER OF PADDING. WE AIM TO PLEASE EVERYONE. SO HAPPY EVERYTHING ELSE WAS UP TO PAR. WE JUST PUT IN 2 POWER RECLINERS IN LIVING ROOM. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO IMPROVE. WE JUST REMODELED A SHORT TIME AGO NEED NEW VIDEO TO SHOW THAT.
