Welcome to my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom split level flat renovated to a high standard.
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans for your ease;
- All bedrooms are bright and airy, with classic double-sized beds, plush pillows and crisp sheets for a good night’s rest;
- The home has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators;
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries to help you relax and restore at the end of the day;
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.
