Our new addition is completely renovated for you and furnished in a bright and modern style. This villa is located on a spacious plot on the freshwater canal in the southwest of Cape Coral. On 153 square meters. this beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers space for up to 6 people.

Nestled in a very popular neighborhood, this villa presents a modern interior design and exudes a timeless charm that will fulfill your utmost comfort and desires. As soon as you enter, the inviting sight of a comfortable gray couch invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will want for nothing. At the heart of the villa is a modern dining table with seating for six. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bathroom has a shower and toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a comfortable bathtub and toilet and has direct access to the pool area. All 3 bedrooms have a TV.

The new outdoor area stretches almost the entire width of the house and is fenced in with a brand new pool screen. The newly built, electrically heated saltwater pool & spa (no chlorine odor & particularly skin-friendly) invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with a gas barbecue is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also at your disposal.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
