Excelente assistência, casa aconchegante, tudo limpinho e organizado. Camas macias e limpas. Só faltou Wi-Fi. Não poderia deixar de falar também, das faltas de energia e água no condomínio.

Agradeço o feedback. A ausência do Wi-fi é uma decisão. Itacimirim é um lugar que usamos pra passar com os nossos dias de lazer e não apenas para locação. Temos filhos pequenos e nossa intenção em não usar wi-fi é manter os nossos filhos desconectados para usufruir da experiência de uma vida real e não virtual. Quanto a falta de água e energia, isso é responsabilidade das empresas Embasa e Neoenergia Coelba. Importante dizer que o Condomínio chegou a comprar 11 carros pipa na tentativa de suprir o abastecimento de água. Agradecemos o seu feedback e conversaremos com o Condomínio pra verificar se há alguma coisa que se possa fazer para que os problemas relatados não voltem a ocorrer.

Apartamento super achonchegante num condomínio espetacular!

Desde o início, o Marcos, proprietário do apt. esteve a disposição para dúvidas e frequentes perguntas. O lugar é aconchegante, disponibiliza de móveis e utensílios que atendem a hospedagem. As camas são boas, bem como o sofá cama. Na área externa, tem uma mesa que utilizávamos para o café da manhã e tornou a hospedagem mais atrativa. Ainda contamos com uma rede, cadeiras de praia e sombreiros que estavam a nossa disposição. A praia é próxima e dá pra ir andando por uma pequena trilha. Também nos surpeendemos com o condomínio, a área de lazer é espetacular! Super recomendo e voltaremos em breve!!!
