A experiência foi a melhor possível.
Desde o primeiro contato com a proprietária, as negociações e a disposição e boa vontade em atender nossas solicitações da melhor forma possível. O imóvel supera as expectativas, começando pela conservação e por ser completo. Cozinha com todos os utensílios limpos, quartos arrumados e com vista pra piscina conforme anúncio.

SENSACIONAL!
Passamos o feriado de 07 de setembro neste imóvel e desde a entrada já tivemos uma ótima impressão!
Para nossa surpresa o imóvel fica ainda mais próximo a praia do que aparecia na localização! Além disso, está muito bem localizado, próximo a supermercados (no final da rua próximo a pista) e padarias além de outros comércios (na avenida da praia).
As fotos condizem com a situação! E ainda melhor, muitos utensílios domésticos a disposição! Tinha até cafeteira elétrica! Estava tudo bem limpo e organizado quando chegamos! Colchões suficientes para mais de 12 pessoas! Enfim, tudo em perfeito estado de conservação!
Fomos muito bem atendidos pela proprietária! Sempre a disposição para nos passar informações antes, durante e depois da viagem! Em questão de minutos, as vezes poucas horas, nos respondia mensagens via WhatsApp, o que ajudou muito pela praticidade!
É extremamente satisfatório quando vamos a um local que supera as expectativas! E foi isso que aconteceu! Ficamos muito felizes com a estadia! Voltaremos outras vezes sem sombra de dúvidas e recomendamos para quem tem interesse!

Casa Perfeita!
Casa Perfeita! Tudo maravilhoso! Casa aconchegante, bem estruturada,
tem uma boa higiene, tanto nas áreas comuns como na área externa. A proprietária é atenciosa e prestativa - Bairro calmo, vizinhança idem, ausência de pernilongos(me chamou atenção este detalhe) e boa localização são alguns dos atributos. Estive no local por 4 dias e 3 noites e posso dizer que irei novamente com certeza. Eu recomendo!
