This beautiful property has truly one of the best panoramic views of the Caribbean in all of Puerto Rico, hands down. Perfect for unobstructed pictures of the spectacular sunrises as well as of the Islands of Palomino, Vieques, Culebra and all nearby islets and cays.

As you descend the private staircase your amazing stay begins in this special Casita, a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath property within the exclusive El Conquistador Las Casitas Village development. With large window views throughout the unit this well set-up Casita, maintained in its original Mediterranean charm, has ocean views right from the full kitchen, master bedroom and living/dining area.

The exquisite master bedroom is a couple’s retreat, tastefully decorated with king bed and single (twin) sleeper couch. It includes cable television and Wi-Fi access. It’s also equipped with a spacious full bath/shower and linen closet with towels and storage area. The second bedroom includes two queen beds tastefully decorated along with a connecting full shower bathroom.

The spacious open living room includes a queen-size sofa-bed with cable television and Wi-Fi access with ample seating for a family movie night, tied together with a nice dining area with views of the never-ending ocean as you enjoy meals prepared right from the comfort of your kitchen.

Relax in the warm breezes sipping your favorite drink on the extra-large and secluded balcony perched approximately 250 feet above the sea. Perfect for couples having a romantic getaway or friends enjoying each other’s company as well as for a family vacation that’s hard to beat!

Enjoy the use of the three Las Casitas Village swimming pools, separated from the Hotel property or, you can take in the Seven Seas Beach and many restaurants or other activities just minutes away. Snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, sailing, touring the local bioluminescent bay, exploring the Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, golfing the Arthur Hills 18-hole course that is located on the resort grounds, ferries to nearby Isletta, Vieques and Culebra Islands, driving and/or hiking in El Yunque National Forest to name just a few!

Less than one hour from the San Juan Airport and Old San Juan as well. You get to choose whether to take in some of the many fun things to do or, just chill with your favorite book and enjoy life from your balcony with breathtaking views.

This was a gorgeous property. The property managers were so helpful. It was spotless and with the most gorgeous view ever! It was a disappointment to us not to have access to the full resort amenities but we would still stay here again because the view is divine!

Most Gorgeous View in Fajardo!

What an amazing experience staying in this casita! The views alone are worth booking this location! The casita was very clean and cutely decorated! Maria had amazing communication with us throughout our stay. My family loved the infinity pools over looking the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

This is perfect home base for your stay in Puerto Rico. Maria and Ramone are delightful and so helpful. The condo is beautiful. The view/ balcony is amazing ! The grounds and pools are pristine. Fajardo and the surrounding area was fun to explore.

Fantastic Stay!

This was a very special place to stay with an amazing balcony we used every morning to take in the spectacular viewl. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit is spacious and comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Easy access to Yunque and Luquillo beaches plus the bioluminescent tour and snorkeling. Highly recommend!

Amazing family time

Maria and Ramon are the number one host ever!! I went to their villa with my family, and we had the best family time ever. The view is incredible the villa is very comfy we had everything we need games, towels, the pools are near, there is a golf cart that can pick you up and take you to the hotel. Definitely I will stay in their villa again!!

Amazing Property & Host

First of all - this place is stunning. The view of the ocean with the islands in the distance is one of the best views I have had anywhere, rivaling Hawaii and the Amalfi Coast.The villa is spacious, clean and had everything we needed.Maria is the best host - even bringing us a pair of lanterns when Puerto Rico's energy grid had one of its many outages.We recommend this property and host whole heartedly.

Incredible!!!

We loved every minute of our trip to Las Casitas. The place was clean and supplied with all the additional things we needed (towels, chairs, shampoo, etc..) Maria and Ramone were wonderful hosts. They made our stay very welcoming. Maria answered all my questions in a timely fashion. There is so much to do, be prepared to walk! We will definitely be back to stay. The infinity pool was our pure Oasis!

I was so happy with all, Mari and Belen were waiting for us till we arrived at 11pm, so pleasant gave us a tour, recommended restaurants, best beach and had coffee cream, water so we don't had to get up early on our first day. Best view on the island!

My family had an absolutely amazing stay in Maria’s villa. The view from the property is even more spectacular than the photos show, and it is completely private. The unit is very comfortable and nicely appointed, and we slept like babies after long days in the sun. The villa is a short walk to an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean from above- and was equally beautiful at night and during the day! The property is a short drive to the rainforest and several close beaches, as well as a variety of tour guide activities. We highly recommend the bioluminescent kayaking adventure that leaves down the street in Fajardo. We had an amazing time, and would rebook with Maria in a heartbeat. Thank you for hosting us!

Spectacular!!!

This condo is truly perfect! If you think the view from the balcony looks good in the photos, believe me, it's even better in person. You can see miles of the coast, stunning turquoise waters, the sun rises directly out from the balcony. At night the full moon shone brightly and lit up the water below us. We've stayed elsewhere in the Caribbean and on the Italian coast, and this was the best view we've ever had. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of five. We were a 5-7 minute drive from a perfectly quiet beach, excellent restaurants, and the marina from where you can rent a boat to take you to one of the incredible islands you see from the balcony. Maria and Ramon were the best hosts. Very responsive, spot-on with restaurant recommendation and, best of all, warm and friendly. We'd rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

This Casita is Heaven

We have a family of 5 so we have stayed in many vrbos and airbnbs. This was our BEST stay yet. Your hosts are the true owners and don't contract the management of the property out. They are there for you and are so helpful and quick with any questions about what to see and do. It is the most gorgeous villa and resort ever--we really, really can't wait to go back. The property listing says, "you need to be here to believe it," and it's true. Yes, the photos posted are amazing and beautiful but no picture can do this actual view justice. You wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. The view and colors of blue are constantly changing all day. It is the most amazing panoramic view ever- unrestricted...ariel...unbelievable.The villa and entire property are SO clean and safe. The pools are amazing. There is so much to do. I thank Maria and Ramon for this unforgettable vacation--thank you for offering such a beautiful property for travelers...it is such a gift as is your kindness and hospitality. I spent SO many hours looking at properties in the Caribbean and I fell in love with this one. I'm beyond thankful this is the listing we went with. If you choose this casita, you are the luckiest. You'll see. You don't need to bring soap or shampoo, etc., you can trust the listing on that! My only regret: that we didn't stay longer.

Slice of Paradise with Spectacular Views

My family of 4 stayed at Maria's beautiful condo and we will definitely look forward to staying here again! This well-kept and spacious unit is located high on the bluff. It is TRULY overlooking the ocean - unobstructed panoramic views of that turquoise water through lots of windows. We watched the most beautiful sunrises and stargazed from here! The bluff location not only affords amazing views, but also a nice cooling breeze and is very quiet and private despite being in a 'village'. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub which are just a short walk from the unit. We are pretty selective about cleanliness and Maria's condo met our high standards. The beds are firm, quality mattresses with nice linens (not every one prefers firm - but I definitely do). The kitchen had all the basics that we needed and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer. A fantastic surprise was that there were folding beach chairs, a cooler, pop up tent, snorkle/masks, etc. to help in making beach days more relaxed. Maria was responsive to the few questions we had and check in and check out were so easy. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub which are just a short walk from the unit. The overall location in Farjardo is GREAT: easy drive to El Yunque, Luquillo (jetskiing), water taxi to Icacos, ferry in Ceiba to Vieques (or culebra) for a day trip, very close to Seven Seas for snorkeling and of course near to the bio-luminescent bay. Thank you for sharing your slice of Paradise with us - we will be back again!

This place truly does have a beautiful view. It was a perfect place to spend a few nights and make it a central location for a day trip to El Yunque, Culebra and the area beaches. Maria was very responsive to all our questions.
