Why they chose this property
Beaverton is an old town but the moment you enter this neighborhood the scenery changes to modern, well maintained and elegant space from the old and rather rusty town. From this gem you can walk and explore a real mountain track about 0.7 miles away (Mt. Williams Trail), or go for a fitness jog on the walking track 0.8 miles away (Tualatin Hills park) or walk to the local plaza 0.8 miles away that provides everything from ice creams and fast foods to gym and groceries. You can also go on a 10-min drive to Cedar Hills plaza with hundreds of modern fare options from fine dining to fast food. Not to mention the Pacific ocean is under a 2 hour drive and so is Mount Hood.
What makes this property unique
It's new construction with new furniture and fittings. From the smart lock at the entrance door to smart thermostat to smart TV and high speed internet everything is fitted with 'smart' features. For example you can control the home temperature through your phone from your bed in the middle of the night or from the Pacific ocean on a day trip hours before you arrive back. Enjoy the convenience of remotely drawing the motorized blinds on to the living room window.
