About this space
This Historic Marigny Triangle property has so much to offer. Located just off the Rampart Streetcar line. Just a few blocks from Frenchmen’s live music, and the French Quarter. You’ve got Buffas, and Port of call just steps away. My favorite local bar Cosimos is an easy 5 minute walk. This historic property offers safety and comfort, and the ability to get anywhere in the city, with the Streetcar.
The space
When entering the keyless coded door. You’re walking into a quaint downstairs area. Complete with a living room, fully stocked kitchen, smart tv, and bathroom and shower. After going up a tight spiral staircase you are greeted with a queen size bed, and nice size bedroom. Upstairs has a large bathroom with just a toilet, making bathroom trips up and down easy.
