Endless hot water, 4 bedrooms (3 King beds, 2 bunk beds - s x 3, dbl x 1 + pullout queen). Large spring-fed pond on 2.5 acres, there’s lots of room for play plus a fire pit and escarpment views. 3 new huge patios with BBQ. 5 min to Collingwood, 15 to Blue Mountain, 20 to Wasaga and 20 to Creemore, there’s so much to do during all 4 seasons around here!

It’s quiet, private and on a huge lot while being so close to Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach! Best of all worlds in our opinion.
What makes this property unique
2.5 acres, pond and river on site. 3000 sq ft indoor space with a hot tub and sauna with massive patios to entertain. Truly one of a kind property! So many amenities nearby as well
