We have beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 coolers, and lots of beach toys. Load the beach chairs, toys, and cooler in the golf cart to make beach going a breeze. Just a short 5-minute golf cart ride away. Or opt for the pool, only a few minutes walk from the house.

Groceries, restaurants, shopping, and movie theater are just a short 5 minute golf cart or bike ride to Grand Blvd.

"Casita Bonita" is a cute 1,700 square foot cottage on the lake in Sandestin Resort. The home is in the popular Village of Bay Pine, making it an easy 3 minute walk to the pool, Jolee Island, and to a dozen tennis & pickleball courts.

** 3 BEDROOMS **

The Upstairs Master Suite features a King-sized bed, loveseat and private access to a peaceful rooftop deck overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, and is a quiet getaway to enjoy a cappuccino or glass of wine.

The Downstairs Master Suite also features a King bed and direct access to the spacious screened-in porch on the lake. This space allows for easy access to check in on the kids, and the rest of the house without having to negotiate stairs.

The third, and most fun room in the home, is the bunkroom. It features a unique custom crafted triple bunk on one side of the room, and on the other a Queen bed with additional twin bunk above. Each bunk has built-in USB chargers. The closet area is stocked with children's books, games, toys, and individual cubbies to conveniently store clothes.

** BATHROOMS
There are 3 full bathrooms at Casita Bonita. Each master suite has an attached private bathroom with beautiful walk in shower featuring a high-flow waterfall style shower head. The bunkroom bathroom features a bath tub and shower combination, perfect for getting the kids clean after a long day of adventures.

** KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The fully upgraded kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals just like you were at home! The open concept kitchen features a large central island with 2 sinks, bar seats, and a large dining room table. For those who prefer outdoor cooking there is a professional series gas grill to cap off the perfect day of fun.

The large TV is viewable from the sofa, comfy swivel chairs, and kitchen & dining area. The TV sits above a custom bookcase with a large variety of books for the young and old alike.

The screened-in, lakefront porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a busy day. The inviting loveseat and chairs beckon you to relax and drink in the beauty of the lake and the sounds of nature.

Golf Cart Policy: You will be required to electronically sign the golf cart Waiver prior to arrival. Drivers must be 18.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial starter pack is depleted.
