My family enjoyed a week here. It is 2 blocks from the beach and 3 stories. I had to watch our 3 year old grandson around the stairs. Very nice. The only issue is the curtains in the bedroom do not close so the light around the blinds shines in at 6:30 a.m. I did not want to wake up at 6:30 a.m. on vacation.
