Sea Spray Cottage is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cottage located just across the street from Silver Sands Shopping Center - the nation's largest designer outlet center.

1st Floor: Front porch enters into the kitchen area which consists of large bar and all modern appliances. Dining area seats 6 and additional seating provided along the kitchen bar. Full bath and a Queen bedroom that also has a sleeper sofa. Living area has tv, dvd, sleeper sofa and patio.
2nd Floor: King master bedroom with sleeper sofa, private bath with double vanities and patio. Another room with full sized bunks.

The beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast are just a short walk from the home and the community pool is only about 25 yards away.

Situated in a beautiful cul-de-sac community, 'Sea Spray Cottage' is one of 29 cottages overflowing with charm and character. Just steps from Florida's Emerald Coast – One of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches - and within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, banks and other major conveniences.

*No more than two small pets (dogs under 25 pounds) are allowed, only with advance notice and permission. Exceptions as to size and number of pets can be made only with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals permission in advance of arrival. A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $200 IS REQUIRED  (if you booked on third-party website, you will need to notify our company that you are bringing a pet and pay the $200 fee).  Additionally, pets are not allowed in or near the pool area.
