You will be charmed by this quaint and well-put together home in a lively community. The golf course, heated pool, fitness center and restaurant are a quick stroll down the street waiting for you to partake in a variety of activities! Back at home, you will feel comfortable and cozy in one of the two large bedrooms and baths, family room with high ceilings and a fireplace or hang out in the lovely brand new kitchen/dining area chatting and eating! Welcome guests in the study with a comfortable pull out sofa. Easy drive to Fountain Hills. Use of golf cart included. You will be very happy here between what the house and community have to offer!
