Professionally remodeled post Ian with nothing left unturned. Immaculate and affordable duplex located a short walk to Sanibel beaches. 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins) / 1 bathroom with private laundry and off-street parking (pricing is for one unit only). Located just a 5-minute walk from Nerita beach and less than 1 mile from the causeway make getting to the beach or on/off the island a breeze! (who wants to spend their vacation sitting in traffic on Periwinkle?) Private outdoor lanai allows a nice place to relax with ample privacy. Walk to nearby beaches, restaurants and shops or sit on property reading a book (high speed WIFI included for those who want to read Facebook or watch Netflix). Fully furnished, including full kitchen and outdoor grill. No stairs make it easily accessible from the car. This home makes an affordable on island vacation a reality.

We used to rent our home prior to Ian and had 5 star reviews from all of our guests!

Wonderful place to stay! The owners thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Plus the location was ideal on Sanibel. We especially enjoyed the screen patio for an afternoon nap, reading and sorting our seashell finds.

Great location

Excellent location with everthing you need! Kitchen is well stocked and loved having beach chairs and umbrella provided. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication from owner. Will look to stay here again.

Beautiful bungalow.
