Charming Island Cottage – Fully Restored & Steps from the Beach

Cottage fully restored and renovated, fully equipped with 2 bedroom 1 bath only steps from the white sand beaches of Sanibel. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, shopping. Rent bikes and ride around the island you will not need to drive a car.
The open living area concept and the modern furnished style will give you the feeling of being in a modern, clean, neat apartment and at a beach house at the same time.
After a soothing day at the beach, continue relaxing or have a barbecue in a completely private and secluded tropical backyard . This immaculate cottage is located on a street that goes directly to the beach where you can view the sunset every day just walking 5 minutes. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances and a 65" TV high definition in living room and 43" TV high definition in master bedroom, are few of the amenities. The cottage accommodate a maximum of four guests with a king bed and two tween beds. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wheeled cart and a cooler.
Small dogs can be considered previous consult with the owners!!
Our policy is "no refund" unless the property can be re-booked for the same period or a partial period where the refund will be only for days re-booked.

Excellent Cottage!

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful, Very clean, new and modern with lots of amenities. Good location to restaurants/attractions and the beach. The property owners were delightful and very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. With our experience I would highly recommend without reservation, and can’t wait to come back again!

Great Getaway on Sanibel Island

Very clean and well appointed cottage. Owners very helpful. Whole island has issues with WIFI , may be a LAN connection from cable company would help. Streaming PC videos involved a lot of spooling. Beach equipment provided but sun umbrella is small, really only suitable for shade for one person. No Bicycles, but easy to rent them. We found it more convenient to drive to Tarpon beach access, walk from car park is the same as local Nerita beach access and Tarpon has restrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Location

This is a nice cottage that was perfect for my husband and I, for a month. The location is wonderful and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owner and manager was always responsive and helpful.

Great location

We had a relaxing two week stay. House is totally updated and in a quiet location, very short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Linens and towels were top notch. Biking to restaurants, groceries and shops was quick and easy. Check in and communication was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
