Pro’s:
I chose this unit, mainly for its location, apartment description, great amenities/to include a pool, designated parking spot (gated and secure parking garage) and price.
The apartment has stainless steel appliances, a very comfortable queen bed, spacious bathroom, cookware, plates, glass ware, utensil's, coffee makers, washer/dryer in unit, spacious closet, cable and free WiFi.
Not being very familiar with Los Angeles, I wanted to be close to Cedar Sinai Medical Center, where my brother was having brain surgery, and near local restaurants and stores.
Due to complications after my brothers surgery, my week stay, turned into almost a month stay in California.
Although my reservation was for a week and my unit had been rented out to another client, the host extended my reservation for the next couple of weeks and allowed me to stay in the same unit (saving me from having to pack up and relocate to another unit in the building)
The host also graciously, extended a discount to me, for the rest of my stay. Thank you.
The apartment isn’t far from many of the upscale and high end stores or tourist spots.
There is also public transportation available.
Con’s: No toaster, cleaning staff should shampoo rug in bedroom and clean air vents.
I would highly, recommend, making your reservation for this unit and this host.
I look forward to returning to California, under more favorable circumstances and staying at this location again.
