Beautiful Large Studio With a Private Bathroom In The Heart of Santa Monica


The studio is a completely self contained unit with a separate entrance from the patio. It is equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Patio, pool, gym etc are all available to guests.
Large studio with a walk-in closet, dressing area and bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Big California King size bed, flat TV, double desk. Hardwood floors and big glass sliding doors to the back yard with pool, barbecue and private gym.

Quiet residential area and prime location in the heart of Santa Monica but with easy access to the downtown with numerous restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach. Within walking distance to the trendy Montana Avenue with many one of a kind boutiques, excellent restaurants, coffee shops.

The studio is attached to the main house. The property has a large back yard with a built in barbecue, pool (not heated) and gym, all are available to guests to use.

Street parking is very easy and always available next to the house. Check in and check out is flexible.

The studio is great and has several amenities. The location is fairly quiet and close to the beach and other attractions. The feel is very welcoming and the host did a great job of making sure we were comfortable during temperatures that were above average. The gym and pool are great for maintaining fitness.

The perfect place to stay while visiting friends in so Cal! Close to beaches and cute shopping area. The studio was generously sized with a comfortable bed. There was a large closet with lots of storage space to unpack. We loved being able to use the pool to cool off. We would happily stay here again!

This is my 3rd time staying and this is a relaxing quiet oasis in the bustle of Santa Monica. The studio is airy, spacious, private and comfortable and Aviva is a welcoming hostess with treats and filtered water to enjoy during your stay. I can’t wait to return next year.

This VRBO suite was absolutely perfect! The host was lovely to deal with. The suite was large, very private, clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous bathroom...bathtub and shower! I could sit out on a beautiful private patio for morning coffee (and evening wine) and enjoy the birds chirping. And the pool was excellent for a nice cool dip on a hot day! The location was great...there was plenty of parking and I thoroughly enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood every day! It's only a 10 minute drive to my favourite Santa Monica beach :) I can't wait to return to this VRBO!!

I stayed here for six nights while attending a training. What a private, lovely and hospitable place. The bedroom was even bigger than it looked like in the photos, the unit opens to the back patio, where there is a pool and an exercise room available. I would definitely stay here again!

The studio apartment was nicely appointed with attractive artwork, a comfortable king bed, a roomy, clean, tiled bathroom, and modest conveniences (coffee maker, micro, and small fridge) intended for those on the go. The venue, which includes a separate entrance plus a lovely pool and impressive workout room, is in a quiet, garden style setting. Our host was responsive, generous, not intrusive, and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, it was a pleasant home base away from home.

Aviva was very communicative and responsive when needs arose. The apartment was very clean with many amenities. I loved that there was an espresso machine and plenty of coffee accouterments. The instructions were very clear. Although I didn't use either, I was happy to see a pool and gym onsite. Wonderful host, and I would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you so much!
