We stayed fir 12 days. Host was very responsive and communicative. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed (recommend adding a baking sheet, baking dish and a few more drinking glasses for extended stays). Plenty of good towels and quite helpful to have in unit laundry. Unit does not have a lot of natural light but has many ceiling lights.

Great condo near UCLA

My two teens and I stayed here so the older one could attend UCLA Bruins Day. The location is fantastic for proximity - we could easily get to the university and the Westwood area. The living area was spacious and the beds and couch were very comfortable. If he attends UCLA we will stay again!

I booked this property from January 6–10 near LAX based on a listing that advertised a safe and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, the actual conditions were completely different.I arrived late Tuesday night to a second-floor unit in a poorly lit building. The dim lighting made the area feel unsafe. That night, I woke up shivering because the unit was extremely cold. The heater was locked and required someone else to adjust it, leaving me without temperature control.The following day, the cleanliness issues became more apparent. The walls were visibly dirty, and the air-conditioning vents were filthy. As someone with asthma, I was concerned about the air quality. I even purchased cleaning supplies to sanitize the space myself.The bathroom posed serious safety risks. The bathtub had a high enclosure and deep design, and the water would not drain properly. I slipped while trying to exit the tub due to standing water. Additionally, a piece of tile in the bathroom appeared suspiciously like it could contain a camera, which made me feel uncomfortable enough to cover it.Paint was peeling from the walls and doors, the unit had an unpleasant odor, and overall the property did not match the listing. Photos are available to document these issues.Given the safety, cleanliness, and privacy concerns—and the clear discrepancy between the advertised and actual conditions—this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
