Kyle was an excellent guest! Left the house tidy & was very communicative. There happened to be a hail storm (unfortunately) during his stay and he reached out right away to let me know that some light bulbs had been busted outside (he even took a video) to send me. This type of action is soooo helpful in these situations. He is welcome back ANYTIME!

Amazing host & cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay! We came into town for a baseball/softball weekend and this place was in the perfect location. Quiet but still close enough to walk to restaurants or Northgate, and easy access to all major roads and highways. Perfect for large groups. Our party of 9 loved the spacious living room for game nights. Brittany, the host, was SO kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again (and very likely will)!

Wedding/reunion weekend

This home was perfect to you house our large family with entertainment for all!! We also brought our dog with us! The owner was also very accommodating as we misplaced personal belongings and helped us weeks after the fact! I would definitely recommend!

Ring Day Weekend 2024

We booked our stay for my little sister's ring day weekend. During ring day season things can get pretty hectic, especially finding something for the whole family, but Brittany was very helpful and made the whole process super easy! The backyard is really spacious and perfect for hosting a family ring dunk and the neighborhood was great for morning walks.

This home is PERFECT! Very welcoming and accommodating. The location was close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. Had the best experience here moving my daughter and having her grandparents join us as well. This home will be our home when we come back. This is a pet friendly home that says it has a fenced back yard. There were several fence pieces down and our small dog could fit through them. We had to prop the posts up with outdoor chairs. The outdoor furniture was not clean. Also, there was no body wash in one of the baths and the other one was nearly empty. Also, the bunk room was very hot with no fan.
