Amazing stay for a family!

This spot was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The house is amazing, the location was absolutely perfect, and the amenities allowed for every age group and every one’s individual preferred activity to be included. My only wish is that I could have stayed there longer.

The entire family enjoyed our stay. The property & facilities were as described and fit our needs. The New Wave rental Co. were always available. We were sad we had to cut our stay short because of hurricane Beryl & mandatory evacuation.

Love Village Walk Area

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Palm Sun Daze. Check-in was very convient.This is a corner property with 7 parking spots. Great for loading and unloading. I only wished we had garage availability to secure our belongings.

2nd Stay at this property

Great house! Love the lay out of this house. This is the 2nd year we have had a family trip before Christmas. The set up is great, everyone has their own private bathroom and there are waher/dryer sets upstairs and downstairs. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the top deck. Love the Christmas decorations in the neighborhood this time of year. Rental company is excellent and respnd quickly.

Our rental was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room too spread out. The bedroom set up was so convenient for our family. My husband and I had the bedroom on the first floor and all the other adults were upstairs. Everyone had privacy with each bedroom having a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed to prepare meals. There was ample parking for each family's vehicle. The pool was very close to our rental which was very nice. We did use the pool everyday we where there. All of us enjoyed our time in Port Aransas. The staff at Silver Sands were very helpful and courteous. Enjoy your time there.

We loved the home and all the amenities. Almost no internet connection. Was very frustrating for a couple of our guests who needed to work remotely. Property manager never responded to our request for help with the situation.

Spacious and Clean

We had a wonderful family vacation at Palm Sun Daze. Beautiful spacious house with lots of bathrooms! It would have been nice to have a couple more things in the kitchen such as hot pads, tea towels, and dish rags; as well as more wash cloths in the bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Well appointed rental in cute little community

The property was clean, well decorated, and complete with thoughtful touches throughout. Floors were stained concrete, wood, or tile, making it a great beach house. There were plenty of plates, cups, utensils, and kitchen items for cooking/serving. Bring your own dish towels, hand soap, and a couple of extra trash bags. Noise from 11th Street was a little distracting at night, and several neighbors did not respect the 10pm quiet time. However, we found a white noise machine drowned out most of the unwelcome noise and allowed us to sleep. The pool was only 30-40 yards away, and was clean and refreshing. The beach is a 5 minute drive, making this a good option if you don’t have to have a beach front property.

However, renting a golfcart from the same name business(Silver Sands) is the opposite a bad experience and i do not plan to rent from them again. The last two years we have been given carts that were in bad shape and should not be on the road. We were given one good cart last year.
