This air conditioned, Timber framed home is located in the heart of Mittersill Village and Franconia Notch State Park. The location offers convenient access to Cannon Mountain Ski Area during the winter months. Extensive mountain biking with ride in/ ride out trail access. Echo lake beach is a half mile away. During the spring, summer and fall enjoy easy access to popular White Mountain hikes and attractions (Flume Gorge, aerial tram, paved bike paths, Mt. Lafayette, and Echo Lake beach). The location serves as a great home base for northern NH family theme parks and is within a short driving distance to the towns of Littleton and Lincoln. The home Includes cathedral ceilings with exposed timbers throughout the first floor, including the master bedroom and master bath. Two queen beds, one full and one single, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck, Foosball table, plasma TV with blue ray DVD, HD cable TV and wireless Internet.

Great house in the mountains!

Perfect house for your stay in the Franconia area. The location was excellent and a quick drive to all the area locations. If you don't want to drive, you can bike to the recreational path from the house or the off road bike trails from the end of the road. The house was very clean and well stocked. The grill on the covered deck was a nice plus for those that want to grill up a quick dinner. The central A/C was also a great feature for those hot summer afternoons. We really enjoyed our stay!

The pictures do not do this place justice!!! Corey was easy to communicate with, he messaged the day of and told us we could check in early. The AC is amazing and hard to come by in this neighborhood (my husbands family all have time shares at the resort we’ve been coming for many years).

Great cabin in the woods

Our family of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Franconia. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. The location was close to multiple hiking and biking activities in Franconia Notch State Park. We also took an easy day trip to Bretton Woods and hiked there. The home was quiet and private. The most exciting thing that happened was seeing two bears in the front yard. (We were happy we were on the second story balcony at the time!). I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect winter getaway!

My family and friends had an absolutely great stay at this wonderful cabin. Brand-new construction with a great open floor plan that connects the kitchen with living room that allows for great socialization among friends. The gas fireplace was a wonderful touch, along with the beautiful sunset view out of the living room. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had hours of fun with the foosball table downstairs. Best of all, the proximity of winter activities is unmatched. Downhill and cross-country skiing along with snowshoeing are all within minutes of this location. Best of all, the owner, Corey, was immediately available and the roads and driveway were in perfect condition within hours of a snowfall. Would return without question.

nice little getaway

Corey’s house was just as described in the listing. The location was ideal being a very short drive off of 93, but still far enough out and surrounded by the forest. We even had a bear pass through the yard one morning. The house was clean and had the general essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, etc). If I needed a place to stay in this area again, I would definitely consider this home again!
