Overall great location with a wonderful view! & Great Parking! However, Lots of small issues that made things difficult including:No working ice Machine ( but someone did bring some ice! Thx!), no Blow Dryer( had to go buy one…), no Blender, sliding door to balcony VERY difficult to open, Broken electrical receptacle covers in Main Bathroom, & Dated 2007 decor with a Dated vintage 2007 Fire Extinguisher in kitchen closet & a Frat House just outside the balcony making extreme noise until around midnight or so…?We have rented around West Magnolia in the past so we know the area/market and what to expect…?These specific items made it a “Not SO Good Value” at this VRBO price point. Thanks for the Accommodation and great things this place did provide us!!!Joe &Debra Wilbanks

Great location, but……

Very spacious two bedroom condo and awesome location in downtown next to Graduate. Sadly, we have to post the negative part here because the owner has not responded to my email identifying several issues. Housekeeping left dirty dishes and trash under bed. None of the soap dispensers had soap, hardly any toilet paper in bathrooms and the kitchen definitely needs restocking. (Only two glasses!). Bring blackout curtains since the blinds are not functioning in left bedroom. One bathroom sink is clogged and stopper is not working. Toilet flush intermittently worked. For the I would not recommend it unless you are ok with cleaning and bringing your own kitchen items.
