Close to your cozy living quarters, explore the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad, the Yosemite History Center, Lewis Creek Trail South Trailhead, and Fresno Flats Historical Village & Park.
Inside, warm up and relax in front of the living area's wood-burning fireplace. Steps from here, the well-appointed, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and quartz countertops. No modern convenience goes unnoticed as you and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, a streaming-capable TV (using your own accounts), and an EV charger. EV charge type J1772. This unit is part of a small duplex and is located on the first floor the lower unit. You will share the main entrance with additional guests but will have a private entrance to your unit. The other unit is located above.
Outside, the large 300 square foot newly refurbished covered deck is best enjoyed hosting barbecues and alfresco dining.

Awesome place
The place is clean and spacious. It has all the amenities that you needed. We love the location because it is just a quick drive around the valley and also there is a deli store conveniently located almost a spit away from the property.

Lovely Apartment, bad service from vacasa
The ev charger wasn't working and Vacasa was unable to get a handle of the situation. The place is absolutely lovely, but this was a pretty bad customer service experience

Perfect location
I couldn't believe the deal for this being literally a 5-minute drive from the park's south entrance. We spent hours on the porch which felt so private and was beautiful. We could walk to the general store and could drive 20 minutes to the next town which has supermarkets and everything. The place was very flexible when I wanted to change our dates. Very clean and well-stocked.
This place gives you the feel that you are staying through a company and not someone's house or personal business which led to some hiccups. We had a tough time checking in, there was an additional door lock code that we needed for entry before getting to our door that we weren't texted. We were connected to a phone service which did help but it wasn't as quick to relieve the issue as if it was just the owner and not a, mostly automated text messages and eventual operator. We stayed for several days and I would occasionally reach out to them, it took a while for someone to get back to me and it was always a different person. The unit is an apartment-style that does have another unit in the building that is above/below you. I could've easily missed that when I initially booked but it came as a surprise when I had been used to these tiny solo travelers houses that are popular now. The entrance to the driveway was a little tough, it's not the best paved and we had to be careful to not accidentally pop our tire.
Generally though, great deal and worth it for the price point. Will likely go again.

SHARED rental misrepresented, corporate owned and operated
Warning: this is a shared rental! It’s completely misrepresented in the listing. It’s corporate owned and run by the evil management company Vacasa. They will spam you to death with automated texts and emails, but don’t bother asking them for help. There is no mountain view. The property is closely surrounded by trees, it’s dark inside. The pictures are oversaturated and make it look brighter and cheerier than it is. Pictures are strategically taken to keep from showing the second level of the house, which is a separate rental unit. Check in is difficult. Instructions are not clearly communicated and had to search for and open multiple lock boxes (then we realized this was a shared rental), and find the door that took the access code. The driveway is so steep it will ruin your undercarriage if you don’t crawl up or down it and angle your car just so. The structure is VERY CHEAPLY BUILT! People in the upstairs rental came home around 11 both nights. We had to listen to them stomp around for about an hour each night and again in the morning. In this rental YOU CAN HEAR EVERY. SINGLE. STEP. TAKEN. YOU CAN HEAR THEM TALK! The unit was cheaply renovated. If you prefer quiet, this place is a nightmare. Vacasa is corporate, and obsessed with the bottom line. They do care not at all about your comfort or humanness. Customer service agents are incompetent, powerless, as they toe the company line of profits over people. They ignored then refused a late checkout with various excuses.
