I love spending time in San Antonio. The festive city has so much to offer. I spend my summers up north and love to enjoy the winter months in sunny San Antonio playing tennis, riding my bike, puttering in my garden, bird watching, or just enjoying the perfect climate. I really love the feedback from my guests saying how they enjoyed my home. To know that others can enjoy being in San Antonio as much as I do gives me great joy. Why they chose this property
Situated in the heart of San Antonio this home offers easy access to major Highways without being too close to any of them. It is a new street with only 13 properties tucked into a scenic quiet part of the city. I love to walk around the golf course in this friendly neighbourhood. This property is in a gated community and my home is fenced for additional privacy.
What makes this property unique
This home is on a pie shaped lot with lots of plants and fruit trees (lemon peach apple orange) and a variety of flowering trees and shrubs and palm trees.
This home is fully furnished with everything I could want for a comfortable space. the sectional in the great room seats 8-10 people for those times you invite extended family or friends to visit.
The master-bedroom has a two person Jacuzzi tub with 22 foot ceilings above the tub, and romantic lighting.
The second floor has a fresh bright feeling with a private marble patio for reading or enjoying your morning coffee. The loft includes a desk area should you prefer to work on a laptop while you enjoy your time in San Antonio.
For the avid golfer, it's a short walk to the driving range and putting green. On a quiet morning you can see and hear the golfers on the signature hole, from the second floor balcony!
A third patio in the back yard is a quiet alternative in the morning shade of summer , or a warm comfort in the winter afternoons. If you love birds there is always the sounds of birds chirping in the trees around my home.
