Welcome to our Rocky Mountain home in a centralized location. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom urban mountain home. We have a great covered patio with a BBQ grill and great fire pit area. We also have a fun basement with all the games to entertain.
We have all new beds and a brand new kitchen with a fully stocked coffee bar for our guests to enjoy.

This property is amazing! Perfect gem of a place, which was located super close to so many things! Each room was cozy and decorated in a fun outdoorsy way. The game room is so great for kids- keeping them having fun and off screens. I even loved looking through the guest book where there is a spot for other guests to make recommendations for others. Would highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay ❤️

We arrived to soft welcoming lighting and music. A wonderful greeting after flying all day and getting in late. Every amenity you can think of is available. Beautiful and comfortable! It was a great location for us, too, attending University of Colorado Boulder graduation. Our host was attentive and helpful.

Perfect Stay!

We fell in love with this house and our grandchildren fell in love with the game room! This was the perfect place for our stay while being in Colorado for our daughter’s wedding. The hosts were super and the amenities were above and beyond what we could’ve asked for. It is very, very clean and I am picky! Is was a great central location for the different venues we needed to be at. I would highly recommend these hosts and this property!

At first, this house seems in a slightly odd location. But it was awesome. It was so clean. Owners were so helpful and responsive. Game room was amazing. Coffee bar - need i say more? 5 star all the way!! Stay here!!

Beautiful house and great amenities

We stayed for a week over Christmas /New Year. Our daughter lives locally and we flew in to spend time with her and meet our new granddaughter. The house was just what we needed. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen with the added bonus of a coffee bar, and our twin teenagers loved the basement games room. Plenty of room for us all. It was too cold for us Florida people to be sat outside around the fire pit but it looked lovely. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we all visit.
