Love is in the air at this romantic hide away at the beach! Walk off your private patio and onto the white sandy beach. Dive into the gorgeous blue waters of the Caribbean full of exotic marine life! If you're a diver, we have a private pier for your convenient pickup and drop off. If fresh water is more to your liking, we have two beautiful, heated pools just steps away.

King size bed with luxurious linens, Cariloha Bamboo sheets, 'the softest sheets on the planet' are included. All linens, including beach towels are provided.

A fully stocked kitchenette with all the equipment you need to make a quick snack or a complete gourmet meal for two. Stainless steel cookware, knives, spices, olive oil, blender, toaster oven, paper towels....everything!

Beautiful leather loveseat for lounging or dining table for romantic dinners. DISH satellite TV, WiFi internet, DVD, U S telephone, all the comforts of home plus the gorgeous blue Caribbean water! Everything is here, all you need is your swimsuit.

We are farmers in Northern Colorado. We love to travel and on our first trip to Mexico, we fell in love with the people, the land and chose to return and visit whenever possible.

Why they chose this property

On our first trip to Cozumel we fell in love with the Island, the people, and the sunsets over the Caribbean. We knew this is where we wanted to buy. We were privileged to be able to purchase our first condo in 2007 right ON the best beach in Cozumel. In Jan. of 2011 we were able to purchase this very special condo right next door to our first condo. What a privilege to take care of this spectacular property!

What makes this property unique

The greatest benefit is the totally relaxing feeling you get when you are in this condo. You feel like you are in a private house on the beach. When you look out the huge wall of glass, all you see is palm trees, sand, and incredible blue Caribbean water! Being able to walk off the patio and sink you toes into the warm sand is fantastic. Just a short walk and you are at 2 pools or the private pier. Walk for miles on the beach, enjoy a massage, or have a drink or snack at one of the beach clubs. The sunsets are magnificent. No other words but--Paradise, Paradise, Paradise!
