This is a very clean, well maintained and fully furnished OCEAN FRONT home - not a condo - in beautiful Emerald Isle, NC. It has a full-on ocean view from the deck, bedrooms and the living room, not partial views and not over the street or rooftops. It is the private half of a duplex. The other side of the duplex is not a rental; it is someone's rarely used second home, so you will not have any crazy or noisy neighbors, parties or big groups next door.
The kitchen and baths were recently completely renovated; see photos. As of 2027 we will supply all bed linens and towels with beds made before you arrive.
You''re likely to see dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Unlike staying in a condo complex, you'll have privacy and no worries about noise, sharing the deck or annoying neighbors. No dogs. Perfect for families with children. The house is close to a lifeguard station on the beach.
There is a gentle set of stairs from deck to beach, not the 50 or 60 steps at some places. The living room furniture is new in 2026.
The house has everything you'll need and the kitchen is fully equipped (even a spare blender, coffee maker & toaster). There is a coffee maker with pot and pod capability. We provide starter supplies upon your arrival (soap, paper towels, t.p.). All of the bedding in the house is newer premium gel memory foam 12" mattresses with thick zippered bed-sacks.
This house is an excellent value and has everything you'll need for a restful stress-free vacation at the beach. The manager is local and the owner is always available. Note the built-in benches on the deck near the ocean. The bathrooms have gorgeous tile - not cheap fiberglass. The sliding doors are new, quiet, easy to use and locking Pella units. As you can see from all of our photos, we strive to make this a comfortable and tastefully 'beachy' home. Among the features of this property are Spectrum cable, STRONG wireless internet (to the deck +), newer central air unit, ceiling fans in every room, 4 flat-screen HD-TV's (55" in living room and 40" in 3 bedrooms with Roku access to premium channels), and custom hand-painted tropical murals in each bedroom. It's NOT cheap thin, uncomfortable rattan / boxy / IKEA furniture, nor is it used furniture from Grandma's house. We want you to relax and be comfortable! There are 2 ocean-front master bedrooms (1 K & 1 Q) and 2 bedrooms street side (partial Intercoastal / Sound view) with doubles and singles. There are 2 full tiled baths and a wonderful outdoor enclosed over-sized locking private shower that was recently renovated. It has hot and cold water and a dressing area. (Great for children or a quick refreshing rinse after coming off the beach.) The deck has a convenient hose for sandy feet.
There are lifeguards on the beach within sight just a short stroll away (April - Sept.). This house is ON THE BEACH with the same ocean, views, and ease of access as the mansions that cost 3 or 4 times as much. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys.
