Lovely 3 bed/3 bath home on private gated Callawassie Island with free unlimited golf for 2 players. Large screened in porch with Lloyd Flanders 3 seat sofa, love seat glider and 2 swivel glider chairs.

Eat in kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 leather sofas and 2 comfy barrel swivel chairs. Watch tv on the new 65 in wide screen mounted above the gas fireplace.

Master bedroom has king sized bed and 55 in wide screen tv with comfortable sitting area with chair and ottoman. Bath en suite. First guest room has 2 double beds, en suite bathroom and tv. 2nd guest room has queen bed, tv and a comfortable chair. Bathroom across hall.

If you are a member of the Chechessee Creek Club, it is only a few miles away. Perfect home for golf foursome if cottages at Chechessee are full.
If you want to play the Callawassie golf courses, golf is free for 2 renters. You can reserve tee times no sooner than 3 weeks out. It is unlimited golf so you can play 36 a day!
House has a new gas grille and is located on the 4th hole of Dogwood course on Callawassie.

Fabulous home for golfers or family to enjoy low country. 20 min from Bluffton and Beaufort. 40 minutes from Hilton Head and Savannah.
