Our week on the lake was just the recharge we needed. The house had everything we needed to make our stay seamless and the lakefront offered plenty of activites. The management was very responsive when i contacted them and check in and out was very easy.

The view and location are amazing! There is a walking path all around the lake that we enjoyed every single morning. And the house is well stocked for children!

We had such a great time: this property is beautiful and the host was amazing to chat with. Make sure you receive the check in email as I did not for whatever reason. Maybe a system issue.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
This is definitely a beautiful home with a prime location next to the golf course. However, the house is not maintained very well. Yes it’s basically clean. But it is in need of a deep clean with a thorough eye. There is mold on the upstairs bathroom shower curtain, dust all over the house, spider webs all over everything on the patio all the chairs and doors, water stains along all the curtains in the living room. There even was a womens bra left on the closet door in the master! We had a house full of adults with only 1 towel each for a 4 night stay. The management company did respond when I let them know of a broken hand rail, and that we were in need of extra towels. We were in the area for a family wedding and we visited another VRBO across the golf course and it was startling the difference and how much better it was maintained and prepared for families. I think VRBO needs to have a higher level of standards and should be making sure each home is reasonably within those standards. The house was fine for our stay, we are low maintenance people so we made due by spending most of our time at other family homes. But such a beautiful house in these conditions was a shame. Unfortunately my phone was broken during this trip so no photos at this time.
We have stayed at several other homes at the resort in the past- unfortunately this home should be made unavailable until it receives some serious TLC. I will say the location and view are amazing! But the house was very dirty- many things were broken, had an awful smell, so many cobwebs and nat nest (I understand bugs exist but they should have at least tried to get rid of them before we checked in). The house was so dusty- the shower curtains needed to be replaced- the knobs in all the cabinets and drawers are peeling and so sticky. The dishes, cups and silverware were dirty- I had to run them through the dishwasher. There were no mattress protective covers on any of the beds. The walls in the master bathroom walls were covered in something??? The screen doors didn’t work. The couch needs a good cleaning. We called because all but one of the lights in the kitchen were out. I had to call multiple times until they came out to try to replace them- Sarah was very sweet but she didn’t have all the right lightbulbs she needed and never came back. The only hairdryer available was gross and sticky- like it had been coated in hairspray. I tried to clean it off but it would not come clean. I requested for a new hairdryer and the next morning they said they had gone to two stores but there were no hairdryers available. We went to Publix that day and they had at least 10 hairdryers available. It was just disappointing because we love Reynolds but we just felt so uncomfortable.
