Are you ready for some football? Superbowl LVII is fast approaching February 12. This beautiful home is a mere 16 miles from State Farm stadium. Or is golf your game? Waste Management Phoenix Open in Scottsdale is February 6-12. The TPC is located 24 miles away.
Treat yourself to a fully stocked 'cottage' for the same price as a hotel room, and hundreds less than other vacation homes! Sure, you could spend twice as much in a fancy-dancy vacation rental, but there is no need to do that! This home has enough space for you to relax, dine and enjoy your time in Arizona and you won’t go broke doing it!

There is enough room for your family and even a few friends. You pick your room: one king bed, one queen bed and two twins. If you need another bed, we have a twin size roll away along with a futon in the den. Stay inside and play some board games with your family, read a book while your kids play a video game or watch a movie on the big television!

If you want to get outside, walk a few steps to the HUGE pool with restrooms, showers and chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Right next to the pool is a spacious park with a brightly colored jungle gym for your little ones! All of this is within view of the back patio.

This home is in a great location for all of your outdoor and indoor activities. Golf is all around the valley, so no trouble finding a place to practice your swing! You can’t get much closer to Lake Pleasant! It’s just a 15-20 minute drive north from where you are staying! You will be staying near Loops 101 and 303, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the valley! Tons of theatres, shopping and restaurants close by!

Great hpuse

We flew out for my dads 80th birthday. This house was perfect, especially the game room for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Everything was clean and the garage was nice. Definitely will stay again.

Clean safe home

We enjoyed the month we spent at your home. It was very clean and quiet. One thing the master bath is hard to get in and out, should have a grab bar. This place is walking distance from shopping and restaurants and is easy driving to wherever we went. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful house and neighborhood!

Fantastic property. Near so many activities. Refreshing pool and a play area right behind property. Plenty of board games, as well as foosball and air hockey. Clean, with plenty of space for everyone. We had a great stay there!

Spring training

Had a great stay! The house was perfect for a quick Spring Training trip with friends and family. Fully stocked kitchen made meals easy to prep, great back patio with bbq, pool and jacuzzi were nice to relax in at the end of a day. The entire house was spotless and perfect for our group. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips!

Great getaway w/ community pool

Great family friendly home

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and three children (one slept in a pack and play). The location was great with both a playground and an enclosed pool right out the back gate. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent for all ages!

This is an excellent place for anyone. It is quite child friendly as it is close to An outdoor unheated pool, Parks and a relatively quiet residential area. The caretakers are excellent. Just be aware that all the bedrooms are upstairs, Which is only an issue for some. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would stay here again for sure. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was pleasantly decorated and was everything we needed.

You won’t be disappointed

This home featured 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property was absolutely perfect in every way. Very clean 2 level home. Towels, soap, kitchen appliances, TV’s in all rooms. I did text the host via VRBO app and he responded quickly. Don’t hesitate on this property. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay with all the amenities we needed. The only negative is that the garages were so small it was very difficult parking a mini van in them. We ended up parking our vehicle on the street, which worked fine.

A Beautiful Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home that is nestled near walking trails, close proximity to many of the great places that we wanted to see between Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff. This property was very clean, well stocked with essentials and gave plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Our girls loved the decor in the rooms that they stayed in. We also enjoyed the game room with the pool table. We didn’t take advantage of the other entertainment options such as the movies, games and puzzles although those were great bonuses to have at our fingertips. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent Stay

We came into town for the College Baseball Classic at Surprise Stadium. The property was only 10 miles from the stadium. One has many choices for food, shopping or gas. Very near to Costco. Able to park in the garage which is a plus due to limited parking on street. Rooms big with bathrooms. Has a steep stairway to 2nd level which might be a problem with disabled. Property is adjacent to a large park. If I would have to say a negative comment the Master Bathroom shower was a little tight to get into. Has a large bathtub to climb into. Excellent stay. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The pictures didn't do the house justice. It was beautiful. I actually called my sister and told her ,as we were going through the house, this one is my new favorite!! Big kitchen with everything you would need to cook, although we ate out every day. The bed was so comfortable. Was a nice touch that the pillows were 2 different sizes. Loved having a full size washer and dryer as well. We did park on the street because the rental car was an Explorer and the garage was a bit tight. Very safe and lovely neighborhood , we didn't mind. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything.

Great location although needs a deep,clean

When we arrived, the refrigerator and freezer still had food in it and was dirty. I called the property manager and she came that afternoon to clean it. But the whole unit was not very clean. Toothpaste and hair in the bathroom drawers. Stains on the couch. Throw pillows were soiled. It just needs a good deep clean and updating the decor would help. Why do VRBO properties use old heavy bedspreads? I’d like to see clean white lightweight comforters, like hotels use now. Easy to launder and look great. Otherwise, we loved the location with many services close by.
