It was good except two of the sliding glass door handles were broken and we couldn’t use them. Upkeep of aesthetics need to be taken care of (loose ceiling fan cords, door handles, stain glass peeling on windows and doors, etc)

A/c was not working when we arrived and took about four hours to get it fixed. The condo is dated but was comfortable. Sliding doors could use some maintenance and windows could be cleaned. Ad was a little misleading as it showed photos from a balcony over looking a pool and we were in the end building overlooking sand. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Mold starting in condo

The AC registers facing the living room and the one facing the dining area both have condensation dripping from them and some mold that we wiped off. Also, there is a half inch gap on the main sliding door , at the top that is not fitted correctly and it allowing moisture to come into the unit. We own a water/mold remediation and know that it is important to get these things taken care of before serious mold develops. We also suggest a small dehumidifier be put into the unit to draw out that moisture and prevent mold growth. The master bathroom shower valve will not feed straight cool water and it’s too hot to shower in.
