Welcome to the magnificent Bay of Cul de Sac, where turtles, pelicans and inhabitants of this paradise share the most extraordinary marine reserve.

The Villa Ocean features 3 bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms: 2 king beds + 2 twins (which can be pushed together to become 1 king) + 2 bunk beds. Memory foam mattresses. Pool and deck to relax, BBQ and garden.
The Villa was built, designed and equipped exclusively for holiday rental, and is managed by a professional team, who is available every day to keep the property spotless and make your stay unforgettable.

It is more than ideal for family holidays, as there is so much to do from the Villa: swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, island hopping (Little Key and the famous Pinel Island where restaurants and beach chairs await you!), kitesurfing and much more!
Oh, and did we mention you can walk on the water? The wide sand bank of the bay makes it a perfect spot to tie your kayak on a mooring and snorkel from!

Please note during high season we give preference to stays from Saturday to Saturday.

At 1KM from the Villa, you will find a brand new Supermarket, restaurants and shops!
At only a few minutes, you will get to Anse Marcel Beach, Orient Beach (great beach restaurants and nightlife), and the gastronomic village on Grand Case Beach.

Philipsburg, the capital city of the dutch side is at 15/20 min by car, and is famous for its shopping and duty free.

There are various options of activities around the island (boating, water sports, horseback riding, zip-lining, hiking, scuba diving, and much more.
Concierge services and grocery shopping services are available on request, if you wish to have asssistance with the organization of your holiday.

My family of 5 had the best vacation to St. Martin! The villa was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and perfectly located to some amazing beaches. Access to kayaks couldn’t be easier. My 9, 13, and 14 year olds loved watching all the iguanas on the pool deck everyday. Kevin and Melissa were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our flight was cancelled on departure day due to U.S. attack in Venezuela and they worked to find us another place to stay for the night, even though they don’t manage it since this villa was booked. Overall, this was one our favorite vacations and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place and wonderful host!

Sint Maarten is a wonderful place. The location was great and the place was one of the best we’ve ever stayed. Perfect for family with kids (we had three between ages of 5-10).

Perfect winter escape!

Beautiful property that is exactly as described in the listing. Sparkling clean, incredible views, and equipped with everything you need (and more). Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Little Paradise

A wonderful, modern house with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We enjoyed the view and it’s only a minute walk to the sea where you can fetch your kayak to paddle to Pinel Island.The owners a very helpful and friendly and we are looking forward to come back one time.

Fabulous Villa with terrific view and location

Great location and house!

Villa Ocean was a great property to stay at that is close to a lot of different beaches and restaurants. The outdoor area is great with the pool and chairs/table to eat at. We took the kayaks to Pinel Island which is about 15min away and a very pretty ride. Nina was a great host and very helpful whenever we needed it!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I traveled with our two adult children and their partners. The property was clean, quiet and beautiful. Each room has its own full bath. The owners/managers were VERY responsive. They answered all our questions via WhatsApp almost immediately. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Our family, including children ages 8 to 17, loved the pool and outdoor living area. We were able to eat, play games, and just chill while enjoying the outside space. The property was as described and the views were great! Nina was wonderful and was available with any questions. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing, but the outdoor living was AMAZING!! So much room to hang out, the pool was the perfect temperature and size. The availability to take the kayaks over to Pinel Island was absolutely perfect!

Wonderful Cul de Sac Stay!

Beautiful property, exactly like the pictures! Kevin and Nina were wonderful managers, very responsive to everything we needed. They even loaned us tv ability to watch the Suoer Bowl. The house itself is wonderful, we sat out on the spacious deck every evening….barely ever sitting inside. Pool was great, used the grill, and the house was stocked with all we needed, even a drying rack and Bluetooth speaker! We hope to rent here again in this very safe and beautiful area!

Wonderful Home and Wonderful Host

This home was was exactly what we wanted for our stay. It was fully stocked with all of our needs. It's quiet, secluded and has amazing views. We loved the private pool and having access to the kayaks to take the short trip over to Pinel Island. Nina was the most amazing host and readily available for suggestions and all our needs. A week at Villa Ocean

I cannot say enough about Villa Ocean, and the wonderful and kind hosts we had in Melissa, Nina, and Kevin. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The property is stunning with beautiful views, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was within a 10-minute drive, although we did venture to other parts of the island as well. Beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants nearby. We can't wait to go back and rent one of the properties offered by our hosts next year. From start to finish, this was one of the most seamless, best vacations we have ever been on. Thank you, Melissa, Nina, and Kevin!!

Great visit!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Ocean. The house was exactly as advertised. Nina was fantastic…very accommodating, quick to reply to questions, and had great dining and activity recommendations. The accommodations were extremely comfortable…air conditioning in the bedrooms (and living space if you so desire), and the outdoor living space was where we spent all of our time. Great breeze off the water kept things relatively cool despite the warm temperatures. Captain Jo boat charter was fantastic too!

Best VRBO ever!

This was the best vacation rental ever! The pictures don’t even do justice to this location. The outdoor area is loaded with multiple seating areas for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with various sizes of all needed pots, pans, dishes and all other items. Housekeeping was outstanding! The location is amazing and you have to take advantage of the kayaks to explore the shallow bay that is steps from the pool deck. Nina has thought of everything with this rental!

Amazing family vacation in Cul de Sac

Nina is a terrific host - she was super accomodating and went the extra mile for me and my family. They installed additional pool fencing for safety for my children during our stay for added peace of mind and Nina even brought over personal toys for my baby! Top notch house, great indoor-outdoor living, clean and comfortable - and exactly as depicted online! You can't go wrong! Thanks Nina - we will be back ;)

Beautiful Secluded Villa in a Great Location!

Love this Villa! Our experience staying at Ocean Villa was nothing short of wonderful! The views were spectacular, and the constant breeze was very pleasant. Super clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was always available to answer any questions. Grand Case is very close and offers shopping and wonderful restaurants, some of which are on the water. We would love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend! An absolutely wonderful villa!!!

This has been one of the best island vacations we've ever had. Booked the villa for 4 weeks and could have stayed longer. This was our first time on the island and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The French side of the island is full of hidden gems. Devastation from Irma is still present but there's still so much charm. Also, the hosts were so great. They went above and beyond exceeding all expectations. When we visit again, this villa be an automatic for us.

Amazing trip!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was very clean, well furnished and in a perfect location to enjoy everything the French Side has to offer. The outdoor area was lovely to enjoy morning coffee or drinks in the evening. Kayaking to Pinel Island located right across the bay was such a fun experience (we opted to do this twice!) and Grand Case restaurants were delicious. I would highly recommend the concierge service that the villa offers, this service made our trip less stressful and the collaboration to customize it to our interests tailored every recommendation to be exactly what we were looking for! My husband and I cannot wait to return to St. Martin and Villa Ocean. Melissa, Nina and Kevin a heartfelt thank you again for the amazing service and memorable stay!

Picture perfect - best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

The stay here was absolutely wonderful for my family of five. It was so clean and came stocked with many of the essentials we needed to get started. The view is incredible and we loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee every morning. The kayaks were so nice to have and we made the trek to Pinel and stayed on the beach and ate there one day and snorkeled. We also did a boat day with captain jo boat charter one day and it was a blast. Also check out the Loterie for zip lining and an adventure in the trees- lots of wildlife to see. We saw several monkeys and iguanas and birds. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts in Kevin and Nina. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

We could not have asked for a better house, location or people rent from. We were a group of 7 with 3 kids 7-14. One of the adults had a back injury and could not leave the villa, Henry was able to find a doctor that came to the house for us. He not only found him but also scheduled the visit. He checked in several times to see how everyone was and if there was anything we needed, it was absolutely wonderful!

Paradise Found

Perfect villa for two couples or a family. We were 2 couples and 2 teens. The two master bedrooms are near equal size and very comfortable. As the other reviews say, everything is as advertised, including the great island across the bay that can be reached by kayak for lunch and beach chill. Bakery is walking distance and a large market a short drive. The manager was very responsive and answered all questions before and during the trip. There was an issue with one mattress, and it was replaced with a new one the very same day. Highly recommended. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Perfect!

You know how sometimes is takes a few days to settle into vacation mode? Well, this trip flew by because we were immediately at home and wanted for nothing. This place is a gem - the layout is ideal for people who want to truly enjoy a fabulous island, the outdoors and a well-thought out space both inside and out. The decor is simple, the kitchen is functional and smart, the bedrooms were comfortable and private, and the outside area is AMAZING!! We bounced from the pool, to the sundeck to the shaded porch area and each of us quickly found our favorite spots and did not feel the need to go inside when the temperature peaked mid-day. The kayaking to Pinel island was so much fun and added to the adventure! The hosts (Nina and Kevin) were attentive and available if we needed them (we didn't!) and the housekeeping mid-week was appreciated! Don't hesitate with this one - the reality is even better than the pictures!
