I really loved this place it was really nice quit and family friendly but what I didn’t like was the awning didn’t work there was no bicycles for kids to ride and you couldn’t kayak for all the fishing going on but it was an amazing place to stay would recommend it to anyone the only other thing is the pirate playground needs a railing on the wooden climbing slide

Eh, it was okay.

Owners were discriminating towards us for being young (24-26 y/o). We were stoped multiple times while going around the park loop to interrogate us about if we were spring breakers, what we were doing, where we were staying, who was with us, how many people, which cars we were driving, and who made the reservation. We didn’t realize they were the owners until afterwards. No introductions were made, just questioning aggressively. RV is pretty and modern. Location is close to beach, but RV park was a bit messy. There is not a lot of parking so 1 or 2 vehicles MAX. Oven and stove did not work. When we reached out to the owner, no one returned our phone calls or text messages (but they could stop and interrogate us). There was no hot water in the RV despite heater being on (again wouldn’t answer messages). We tried opening the awning, but I would not work (as if turned off intensionally). No toiletries, so bring your own. Bring BUG SPRAY! Was a good stay for spending all day on the beach.
