Beautifully renovated house on Lake Minnetonka, Phelps Bay known for beautiful water, fishing, water sports and most of all just relaxing by the lake! Open floor plan with amazing views. High end appliances, light fixtures and porcelain countertops.

The house will comfortably sleep 10 people. The downstairs includes family room, and mud room with laundry as well. 1.5 car garage with parking for an ADDITIONAL 5 cars.
