Overall good, the description said there was a hot tub, but there ended up not being one. Otherwise the place was pretty clean, it lacked some of the essential kitchen items like towels, baking sheets and a few other things that are nice to have but not a requirement.

Clean, roomy, convenient

First impression, clean. Plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults, and 3 children. Big back yard. Nearby Wayzata event we were attending. Highly recommend.

We live nearby and love all the amenities in the area such as Lake Minnetonka, Ridgedale Mall, Bennett sports field and being a short drive to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
