This suite is perfect getaway for couples, a family, or business stays with a full kitchen (gas stove, island, and bar height seating), the convenience of an in-suite laundry, and an attached garage.

On the main level there is a single car garage, the laundry room, and a 1/2 bathroom.
On the lower garden level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a private stall, 2 sinks, and a walk in shower. Also on the lower level is the living room, dining room and large kitchen with bar stirring area.

Access to the guest suite is through the single car garage.

This was a great home base while we were in town visiting family. Very well suited for small kids: we appreciated that they had a pack n play, a highchair, a baby bath, baby utensils and even books and toys. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean.

The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with…offered flexibility with the checkout time (but we didn’t need it after all). The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Do note, however, there are stairs required to access the accommodation. The use of garage parking is a plus. Our stay was notably very quiet!

Great place to stay!!

If you are heading to Minneapolis, Paisley Park & the Minnesota Arboretum are just minutes away. We had no trouble getting downtown to see the Dean collection @ MIA & St. Mary’s Basilica. Our hosts were easily accessible & quickly helped with our needs/questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this house. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was closed. The owner was so nice they had snacks and waters in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great space for family of 6!

Easy check in and out process. Had our own garage door opener and entrance. Space was great for 4 kids from 12-17, our bedroom was on the other side from theirs. Great little towns around, good food, shopping and etc.

We all enjoyed our stay at the spacious lower level of Brad & Lili. Any questions we had were answered promptly before we arrived. Awesome Stay

This 2 bedroom basement stay was so comfortable for our family of five. We came from PHX for my dad’s funeral and the place was just was we wee hoping for. Thank you for gift bowl of goodie’s. It was very convenient and had our own garage. Next time we are in MN we will look this property up again.

It is quieter but with a short drive I can take advantage of the historic Excelsior downtown, take a walk along Lake Minnetonka, take trails and enjoy the beach and playground of Lake Minnewashta, explore Minnesota's Landscape Arboretum, visit Paisley Park, check out a local brewery, or go shopping at Target.

What makes this property unique

The back yard is spacious to run around, play tetherball, enjoy a fire at the firepit, or enjoy the flowers on the trees in the spring. There are several paved pathways that can be taken to enjoy short or long walks.
