Your cozy getaway awaits in Ventura at this beautiful studio. With 1 bedroom, this perfect retreat is ideal for solo guests or couples seeking a peaceful escape. Wake up to the gentle breeze and soak in the serene atmosphere of this inviting space. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and a washing machine. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply unwinding in the comfort of your own private sanctuary, you'll love every moment of your time in Ventura at our studio. The 75” LG 4K Smart TV provided is without cable channels. The Smart TV has apps for guests to stream with their own media service subscriptions, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, ESPN, etc. For the EV charging, guests will pay the host $20 the first night (charging only 9pm-9am) ; $15 each additional night of stay for the privilege of using the installed Tesla Wall Connector EV charger. (The charge is for the entire stay, not per nights used. For non-Tesla vehicles, Guests will need to bring their own charging adapter.). - Washer & Dryer are available on site. It is $5/ per load.

Stunning location, even more beautiful than photos could show. Studio was roomy and every detail well thought out. Super clean, thoughtful touches (coffee pods, creamer, RO water, oatmeal packets, ramen!)…even lovely toiletries! Outdoor space is STUNNING! Overlooks mountains and a beautiful park, with comfy outdoor seating.

It was so nice, perfect for a single person or a couple. Very quiet area. Owners were very good about communicating with me when something came up, such as a power outage. I had an issue the last evening I was there and they came right away and took care of it. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you’re ever in the Ventura area.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here. The place was so quiet and clean. Beautiful view and wonderful neighborhood. Can’t complain about anything. Really enjoyed all the amenities such as k-pods and the RO water, really came in handy. We didn’t get to check out the trails which is just behind the property but seeing all the birds enjoying the flowers was so nice. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay and we hope to come back soon.

Home away from home

Great location with beautiful views from the outdoor patio. The space is laid out very well, with everything you need (and then some) in a relatively small space. Comfortable bed and great shower with both overhead and handheld features. Washer/dryer inside a spacious closet. Huge TV and a large computer monitor you can hook up to that would allow you to work from there easily. Off street parking. The hosts provided many additional items such as a variety of teas, coffees, creamers, water and various high-end bath products. Highly recommend and would easily stay there again.

Good but no good

We traveled for our sons graduation and only stayed one night. The property is beautiful and very well put together. However, we were awaken and startled at 1:30 am by another couple who simply walked in the unit. They fully walked in, turned on the lights and discovered that we were there sleeping. The host reached out right away, saying sorry for the inconvenience. However, this was more than an inconvenience.
