Set in the hills between Ventura and Oakview/ Ojai off Highway 33. 7 min drive to the sand, 10 minute drive to Oakview/ Ojai, or 20 minute drive to Carpinteria. Remodeled w/ Marble Counter Tops in Bathroom and Kitchen, Bamboo Wood Flooring, Extra Deep Soaker Tub/ Shower in bathroom. Stainless Steal Refrigerator and Stove/Oven. High Speed Internet/ Cable/ Flat Screen TV in living room. Laundry Room on site shared with Two other Professional Guests. Outdoor Community/ Garden living space w/ stone floor, pergola and built in seating for guests. Parking on site for one car. Three minute bike ride to the Mountains to Beaches Bike Path. Mountains to Beaches race runs by each year at the end of our street. Residence who have enjoyed living here are Ventura County Medical Residence, Travel nurses working at Ventura Community Hospital, VCMC or St. John’s Hospital. We have lived in our home for the past 14 years, since our first born was 2 months old! We enjoy running on the beach, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking in the Keys waterways, riding our bikes or walking on the path to the Ventura Pier and nearby Marina Park while our children enjoy taking a ride on the Pirate ship zipline (Marina Park). We enjoy designing and adding upgrades to our home as a couple w/ my husbands profession being a general contractor and myself enjoying decorating and design.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property due to its close proximity to Ventura, Santa Barbara and Ojai. My husband surfs and we have family in Santa Barbara and we love walking in the hills, bike riding on the Mountain to ocean bike trail, and enjoy living on a quiet 1/4 acre residential street in the country, away from bustle of city, but yet close enough to enjoy the city when desired
