Modern Cottage near the Ocean

This home has a well appointed modern kitchen and large deck for entertaining. 3 bedroom ranch sleeps 6 people comfortably with one room with 2 twin beds, 2 rooms with very comfortable queen size beds, one being a tempurpedic. Large 50 " flat screen frame TV in family area and other room has a 32" smart TV for the bedroom. Enjoy the spacious deck, outside fire pit and large lawn area. The home has one bathroom and laundry in the basement. Kitchen has granite counters.

Great stay in Lubec!

Lisa’s house is the perfect place to stay in Lubec. It is well appointed, very comfortable and close to so many places to hike. For those who like a morning stroll to the beach with coffee in hand, it is a mere few minutes. This is our third stay and we already have plans to return next summer.

A Wonderful Stay

The house was very clean and very well maintained, both inside and outside. It made our first visit to Lubec very enjoyable. If we ever make our way back to Lubec, we would definitely stay again. 😊

Loved Lubec

Lisa’s house is a great place for a weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Can plug in if needed or unplug and enjoy the peaceful quietness or play one of the many board games. Both relaxing and refreshing.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out

Quiet, comfortable, and perfect location. Everything you need for a coastal getaway. Located on S Lubec Rd close to West Quoddy Lighthouse and the ocean. I’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you to Lisa for making our stay easy and relaxing!

This property was so lovely. The deck was beautiful to sit out on. Close to town, restaurants and West Quaddy head. Lisa was incredibly helpful and flexible. Responded really quickly to my questions. I look forward to staying again when I come back to Lubec.

Simply Perfect

This home was beautiful and clean. Sitting on the deck at night watching the stars was just the most relaxing time I have had in a long time. So close to West Quoddy and East Quoddy, it is a perfect spot to vacation. We will surely look to come up again next year for a longer stay. Thank you

The house was great; had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable for the two weeks we were there. Lisa was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip. The cottage is close to many hiking trails in Lubec and nearby areas, and we brought our boat with us so that we were able to explore by water as well. Downeast Maine is beautiful, and Lisa’s house was a perfect home base to get out and see all of what this area has to offer. If we are ever up this way in the future we would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The cottage itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to balance modern comfort with a cozy charm. Everything we needed was provided; comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of little touches that made it feel like home.The location is perfect. Overall a nice little place to stay!! Although air-conditioning or blinds on the large windows in the kitchen/living room would have helped with the day time heat. It did cool down at night, but we brought a 15 week old puppy that had to stay in her kennel while we were out so we were a little concerned with the heat during the day. Thank you!!

The house offers a great location for easy access to local trails, to include Quoddy. It easily accommodates four adults and is comfortably appointed. A short walk brings you to a view of the ocean.

Clean cozy home in Lubec

We had a great stay at this cozy home in Lubec. Nice open kitchen and living space. Large deck and enjoyable fire pit to relax in the evening. Very clean with new appliances throughout.
