Everything you need was provided in the house. Such a great location! So close to a beautiful and tranquil beach! Couldn't be better!

Everyone loved the pool

I loved the hot tub but everyone loved the pool. Very clean and plenty of room. It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores restaurants, and attractions.

We didn't want to leave

My family (2 parents, 3 "kids" 16-21, and grandma) stayed for 6 nights. We were looking for a laid back vacation. The beach was just a few minute walk and the beach was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure if it was the time of year but most of the time there were only a handful of families at the beach. Having our own private pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans etc. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The house is close to lots of restaurants and activities. The only problem was we didn't want to leave!

Great house, great pool, great location, one block from beach access to an amazing beach! The house is clean and bedding, towels and furniture is well taken care of and nice! Pool and hot tub in fenced back yard (w/extra pool security fence) is great for the family and pets. If I had to make two suggestions, it would be to better stock the kitchen with some basics, like casual plates/bowls. What is there is very nice, just would be nice to not have to use heavy plates for breakfast/lunch. Also, be aware you get one garbage bag and a small amount of dish washer tabs. Not a big deal, just bring a few from home. Lastly, there are no instructions in the house. The owner was great about providing check-in instructions and also answered any texts I sent, but again, there were no checkout instructions and I never heard from their management team until I reached out to ask about checking out the day before check-out.Overall, the house is in an amazing location and our family enjoyed it very much and we’d gladly rent here again!

I'm also a realtor and love anything to do with rentals/rental investments etc. My husband and I own our own property management company and we love anything real estate! We love the beach and that St. Augustine isn't as crowded as many of the beach towns. There is plenty to do here.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood has a few streets on the beach side. Most of the homes are rentals and it is literally walking distance to the beach. No need to drive although you can also drive on the beach here too!

What makes this property unique

There aren't many homes that have a pool/hot tub and have their own bedroom bathroom. Since this house is a 3/3 it's cheaper then getting your own hotel room with way more space and you still get your own pool/private hot tub
