This iconic country estate features an 1800’s farmhouse with three bedrooms and a large, comfortable pool house with four bedrooms and a large family room. The Millbrook winery is just up the road, and the beautiful towns of Rhinebeck, Millerton, Hudson and many others are an easy drive away. The village of Millbrook offers a number of restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, local grocery store and more. The main house has three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The king primary bedroom overlooks the pond. The second bedroom has a full size bed, with a trundle, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with a large farm table which seats 12, and a patio off the kitchen with a teak dining set that also seats 12. There are gas and charcoal grills on the patio.

The guest house has four bedrooms and a great room, and is the perfect spot for large family dinners. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table sits 14. There is a king bedroom with its own bathroom, two twin bedrooms which share a bath, and one queen bedroom with its own private bath. The house is just steps from the pool, with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.

Large parties and weddings are not allowed. Pets welcome with approval. This is a very special property, well suited for multi-generational family gatherings. Offered for the first time in 2024 as a rental property.
