The cottage offers one bedroom fully AC, kitchen with stove oven, 300 square feet covered patio, a private pool, an outdoor covered patio for bbq , sun deck with chaise lounges, view of mountains and surrounding cays with blue Caribbean water. The property is gated for maximum privacy. An entire property is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens often on the island you can still have the comfort without any interruption.
