Beautiful two bedroom Beach-front Condo. Imagine yourself enjoying the cool ocean breeze while relaxing on your balcony or laying on the soft white sandy beach. It is a beachfront condo located in a quiet gated community.

This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a sectional sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure. Beach chairs and umbrella included!

Loved the huge porch and it’s set up. That’s where stayed most of the time. Love Gulf Crest. Just not sure about this particular unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience and loved our condo! Clean, plenty of room and a perfect view of the ocean and pools. Only a few minor things I can think of that needs some attention: the dryer takes a very long time to dry towels and the lint screen needs replaced; maybe put a few extra towels in each bathroom; the door handle on master toilet room kept falling off. Everything else was great and we would definitely rent the same condo!

Gulf Crest is Great but A/C was nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year to stay here and while this condo was nice and a good location, our A/C was managed by an owner via Nest Thermostat and was continuously turned up to 73 or 75 degrees multiple times a day. Everytime we left (Ring camera at the door) the thermostat would be turned back up and it would be very warm inside (100 outside). Also each morning we when woke up it would be back up to 73-75, after we set it at 70 the night before. Maintenance person looked at it and told us the owners were managing it from "home" so there was nothing they could do. Smoking on decks seemed bad this year considering it is a non-smoking property.
