Es un Complejo de departamentos muy bonito. Tiene un estacionamiento cerrado y tiene su propio cajón. Hay un gimnasio y piscina, y área de asador. El condominio tiene dos cuartos con sus propios mini splits, la cocina está equipada y hay una tele smart en la sala y una habitación.
Tiene acceso a todo el edificio condominio y sus amenidades
Está ubicado en la zona dorada una de las zonas mas turisticas de Mazatlan cerca de muchos restaurantes bares y centros comerciales. También cerca de la playa y el malecón.
Es muy facil moverse en taxi, uber, o didi. Igualmente se llega muchos lugares caminando. Con la cochera cerrada es muy fácil traer vehículo
El área de la alberca está abierto hasta las 10pm
