With one of the best locations in all of Mazatlan Mexico, Alcantara Condominiums sits at the corner of Calle Rio Nilo and Calle Albatros in the heart of the Golden Zone. If you are looking for a furnished , fuctional apartment with NO STAIRS this might be the one for you!

It's location is just one short block away from the main strip on Camaron Sabalo Avenue , you have at your doorstep an array of shops, pharmacies, medical clinic, bars, and restaurants. You are very close to the beach access, as well as the main bus routes. One free parking spot is also provided to each apartment.

This unit is on the ground floor. It has mosquito screens on all windows. The kitchen comes equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven. All rooms have air conditioning units, and both bedrooms are equipped with beautiful closets and Serta mattresses. There is no pool, but the ocean is at 2 short blocks walk.

New gym ANYTIME FITNESS AT 5 min walk.

You will love the en-suite in the master bedroom.
Basic cleaning included once a week on long stays.

El edificio es seguro, este departamento cuenta con 2 recamaras y 2 banos completos, area privada con lavadora y secadora. Esta en planta BAJA!
No hay alberca pero la playa está a dos cuadras.
Nuevo gimnasio ANYTIME FITNESS a 5 minutos caminando .

Limpieza básica incluida una vez por semana en estancias largas.

Great location and wonderful place

Very comfortable, well equipped with everything we could possible need. The weekly maid service was wonderful. Communication switch Keneth was seamless and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The host was not present at our arrival, but we had excellent instructions as to the location and entry procedure with pictures and description of entry codes and door number. There were two things that stood out - one was that we did not have to pay for water, and when the three jugs that were left for us were empty, Maria arranged for three more to be delivered, met the delivery man and paid for the water. This was all within 30 minutes of our phone call requesting more water. The other thing that stood out about the apartment was the excellent kitchen equipment and cooking pans. The location proved to be very good for us and we were out of the loud noise bu close to the main street for ease of transportation.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was roomy and well kept. I liked that it had a full kitchen and laundry. The location was very good and near the beach yet off the main drag so it was quieter. The showers have excellent pressure. I do wish that there was a safe. I definitely recommend this apartment.

This place is great. The owners provide many of the little things that make your stay simple and easy. It’s also a relatively quiet place close to the beach and the restaurants and entertainment in the golden zone.

Great condo in a great location

This condo has everything you need for a terrific vacation in Mazatlan. The location is just a short block from the main street in the Golden Zone where you can find great restaurants, shopping, attractions, etc. Buses and taxis are easy to get if you want to go somewhere. The beach is an easy walk. The condo comes with a well equipped kitchen. It's a little small, but with so many great restaurants nearby and a cocina ecomomica just a half block away, it's not a big inconvenience. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a larger TV in the front room. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place!

I stayed in Mazatlan for 2 weeks, this place has everything you need. Clean, affordable and overall a great place to stay. It's close to all the attractions (beach, restaurants and boardwalk). Look no further, I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a month and it is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Home is new and has laundry right in the unit. The owner is wonderful. ANY issue or questions at all, she responded to right away. We would have preferred having an area to sit outside and a BBQ. I would have liked a TV in the living area but there was only one and it was in the bedroom. All in all I would recommend this condo to anyone that is interested in staying in the Golden Zone in Mazatlan.

It is a very clean Condo, great water Pressure, Good kitchen and appliances

It is exactly what the owner says it is , A short walk to the Beach and No pool But I found The Beds are soft, good water pressure, Fantastic Kitchen and fully stocked for all the cooking needs WIFI Was great But Only One tv in the the Bedroom, Very Clean Main Floor condo, walking distance to everything, not as much sunshine as I would have liked but you open the laundry room door in the Morning to get more natural light to come in ......It is Not The RIU because and it is a main floor condo with security Bars on the windows But for the Price it was great. entry door is right out side the entry door to the condo so to bring in Guests or Groceries easy. Quiet Building haha Well as quiet as you can get for Mazatlan.
