Location was great. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Close to all the major sites. Great restaurants nearby. Quebec City is a beautiful city with lots of history, great places to eat, culture, art, and friendly people!
Great location! Quiet but close to everything and easy to get out of the area by vehicle if need be.
Parking across the street from the entrance is cheapest at $18 for 24 hours.
Our stay in Quebec City was very comfortable. The apt provided everything we needed for our 8 day visit. The location overlooks a street filled with antique shops and art galleries and is an easy walk to the upper part of the historic city.
Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were very comfortable there. If I had any suggestion it might be to leave a broom or swifter. We tried hard to keep the winter boots on the mat but it might have been nice to be able to wipe up any melting snow that missed the mat.
Wonderful apartment with all the amenities. Location was perfect right on the edge of old Quebec. Parking super easy and convenient right next door. Bed was really comfortable. We were very pleased with the offering and highly recommend.
Had a little cofusion about the check in process, that may was more my error. Good location, good kitchen, clean, and comfy. Was pretty quiet.

Great Location
Easy to get to, perfect for this walking city, the location is awesome. Modern kitchen with all accessories. Great shower, comfy bed. Parking 25 per day is steps away. Not able to access tv apps.
Location and facilities at the property were excellent. However, on arrival at the designated time, the property had not been cleaned. Whilst this was quickly resolved, it wasn’t a nice start, as we had been travelling for over 10 hours.
Convenient location, yet out of the way from heavy tourist areas. Short walk to sites, great restaurants, HQ tourist place around corner, with cool food tours and renting bikes. Our one bedroom was perfect for us as an active couple in their 60's. Would recommend
This cute little apartment was near the cruise ship terminal but, more importantly, within easy walking distance of the Old City, both Upper & Lower Town. Our only minimal issue was trying to get the TV to work & find the Guide to locate channels we were interested in. There were 4 remotes, 2 for the TV which was a little confusing. We didn't really miss the TV with so much to do & see. Would stay here again.

Thank you, Brenda, for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the perfect location near the cruise ship terminal and within walking distance of the Old City. We’re sorry for the slight confusion with the TV remotes and appreciate your understanding—your comment will help us simplify this for future guests. We’re so glad you had such a great time exploring the area and would love to host you again!
Warm regards,
Les Immeubles Charlevoix
The room layout was a bit odd, with the bedroom just inside the door. Otherwise everything was great. One suggestion: Put all instructions, incl check-in, check-out, trash/recycling instructions to the renter at once. It would have especially helped our check-out planning to understand the trash/recycling policy in detail first. Loved the location of the place; everything in the old part of the city was easy to access. The apartment is across the street from a coffee shop, a restaurant with great breakfasts, and another restaurant (Bistro St. Malo) with arguably the best dinner we had in the city. We loved Quebec.
