Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out to the bins. Recycle please put in the bins loosely. No plastic bags in the recycling.
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking

Came to stay from out of town and had such a great experience. Very clean, very beautiful home. We are so grateful for getting to use the beach passes and parking pass, definitely would come stay here again. Very close to the boardwalk !

Cute little spot. It was perfect for our needs as we were in town for a dance competition. Clean and nicely decorated . Great location to walk to boardwalk and around town. Parking was good for one car. If you had more than one car would be a little less convenient. Only suggestions we would have are a dish drainer/rack for washing dishes. and some soap in the bathroom. Other than that - we loved it!

Decent stay

The property seemed to be recently updated. It was very clean. There was adequate space for 6 people to stay and be comfortable. Only recommendation is to provide more household items. IE. coffee mugs, wine opener, bowls, etc. Jim the contact person was quick to answer our needs and concerns. Parking is an issue. Only one parking pass is provided. If you have more than one vehicle then one of them is parking a few blocks away. I would recommend this property for a nice stay in Seaside Heights.
